Now, TikTok users using the text-to-speech feature will hear a different female voice, and not all of them are fans of the change. The original voice used in the text-to-speech was from voice actor Bev Standing, who recently sued TikTok for using his voice without his permission. TikTok changed the voice of text-to-speech following a lawsuit filed by the original voice actor – and users are making the most of the opportunity by pranking their followers.
